Conference Room Rate: Standard Room $85/night (government rate).

Government Rate Deadline: April 1, 2011 (All reservations made after this date are contingent on space.)

Although the hotel does not provide shuttle service, free transportation around the island is provided by The Wave. A cab can be taken from the Brownsville airport for approximately $60 one-way.

Shuttle Service:

For those arriving into the Harlingen Airport TVSA has made arrangements with South Padre Shuttle to recieve a discount rate of $23 (round trip). Each person has to call 956-430-8628 and advise they are with TVSA to receive the discount.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made by April 9, 2011 will recieve a full refund. There will be no refunds after this date.
