Travel Arrangements

Participants are responsible for securing and providing their own travel arrangements and lodging.

 Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms is available at the conference hotel for the nights of May 5 through May 10 at the prevailing government rate of $115.00 per night (plus 17.09% tax). The special room rate will be available through April 29 or until the block is filled, whichever comes first. Reservations in the block are to be made by telephoning the hotel at 956-426-9066 and indicating you are in the Texas Victim Services Association block. Any associated room deposits, cancellation fees or other requirements of reservation are the individual responsibility of each person making the reservation(s).

Conference Dress

Conference attire is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers as meeting room temperatures vary.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A refund of 50% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request is submitted by March 28. Texas Victim Services Association reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to the conference or for those who fail to attend.
